Hand Trial Service

Most carpet constructions can be simulated on the Kibby Handtrial Machine.
With a colour bank of over 3000 solid shade woollen yarns and the full BASF solution dyed nylon colour bank. Most requests can be fulfilled within 48 hour period. Exact colour matching can be produced with wool blends within 5 to 10 day period plus handtrial time.

50% Wool / 50% Synthetic can only be produced in bulk. Simulations are submitted as 100% wool.

100% BCF polypropylene is only available as standard Tuftmaster yarns. Due to quantity restrictions, polypropylene is not readily available for custom colours.

Computer Design Printouts

With the latest available carpet design technology. Full colour textured simulations can be produced in all styles. These can be sent as hard copies by courier or emailed direct.

Quantity

The minimum quantity required for a custom designed is 1000 square metres per item. Smaller quantities can be produced in conjunction with a larger quantity for the same project. Smaller quantities are priced accordingly.

Lead Times
The general lead time for a custom designed carpet is 6 to 8 weeks from placement of order ex works. Timing will vary upon yarn availability and production commitments.

Freight
Tuftmaster Carpets Export Department can arrange for the freighting of your consignment through their own forwarders or liaise with your preferred forwarders on your behalf.
